Don started his mortgage career in 1990. Don enjoys getting to know all his clients, their financial goals, answering individual questions, and then getting to work providing information, and the best program options available to fit their needs.

In 1994 Don established a mortgage brokerage, RSN Lending, with one partner. Don was managing Broker of Record until buying out his partner in 2000. Don was hired at Kal Financial in 2015. In 2017 he was faced with 4 major surgeries ending with the removal of a tumor from his brain which has continued side effects. However, due to his many years of self-employed pursuits this was only a temporary setback. In 2018 he was voted Affiliate of the year at SCCAOR. Don is currently a loan originator with NEXA Mortgage LLC.

Though not a current active member of the Board of Directs for the Silicon Valley Chapter of CAMP, Don has many years of previous active service. Including, Past President, President, President Elect, Treasurer, State Board member. He enjoyed participating in 5 years traveling for National Leg week.
